Mommy BellyI had my first baby Claudia when I was 33 and at that point in my life, I was very active. I was working full time and still woke up every morning at 5 am to take a quick walk around the neighborhood.

I had the help of an over the counter supplement and the weight just seem to fall off. I had NO problems losing weight after my first baby.

When I had my second baby Willson I was 37 and I STRUGGLED to lose my mommy belly. He was a struggle himself as second children tend to me. I didn’t have as much time for myself that you really need to focus on losing weight and working out.

Having two children, working a full-time job, I struggled so much mentally and physically. I was physically exhausted and I just couldn’t lose the weight no matter what I did. The first thing that I tried after that was those crazy supplements I used before.

The next thing I did to try to lose my mommy belly was a six-week boot camp at my local gym. It was a Cross Fit type workout. I was there 3 days a week at 5 am. I was very committed even though I was so, so tired. It felt good exercising and accomplishing something, but I didn’t see any results.

I did everything that the trainers told me and I ended up hurting myself. I was so determined to lose weight and ready to be fit and lose weight that I just tried too hard.

I immediately stopped that.
